Intended for commercial power transmission, machined bevel gears from 1:1-4:1 ratio are offered as standard in 080M40 steel. Module sizes range from 0.8-6.0 Mod, and other numbers of teeth, different bore sizes and fixings, as well as other materials are available as options. Two complimentary bevel gears are required to form one pair, but one can be used as replacement for broken or worn gears.

Ondrives Bevel Gears
Ondrives Ltd have recently introduced a range of bevel gears into their newly extended commercial power transmission range, contained within a brand new 528 page catalogue, dedicated to gear products only.
Machined bevel gears from 1:1 to 4:1 ratio are offered as standard in 080M40 steel. Module sizes start at 0.8 going up to 6.0 Mod. Other numbers of teeth, different bore sizes and fixings, as well as other materials are also available as optional extras. All are made in-house to compliment the range of everyday power transmission products Ondrives' now produces as standard. As well as their famous red anodised gearboxes, from which they made their name, the core products now include the precision and commercial range of gear products including, amongst others, spur gears, pinion shafts, gear racks, parallel helical gears, crossed helical gears, worms and wheels, pulleys, belts, sprockets and chains.
Two complimentary bevel gears are required to form one pair and this is how they are usually purchased, unless one is required as a replacement for broken or worn gears. Ondrives are happy to quote to replace your broken or worn gears as well as offering complete specials and standard modifications to bevels with quick turnarounds offered.
