With fully automatic operation, Centrifugal Coalescing Clarifier (CCC)-400 and CCC-600 Tanks remove free oil and heavy solids as pretreatment to sanitary sewer or for reclamation. Transportable units, adaptable for chemical additions such as Flocking and pH Control, require minimal maintenance and support optional Ozone or chemical treatment introduction to enhance oil floatation and solids separation. Cone Tank drains particulate into gravity bag filter for collection and removal.

RGF Adds to its Advanced Oil Water Separator Line, with Centrifugal Coalescing Clarifier
West Palm Beach, FL. - RGF Environmental Group www.rgf.com known worldwide for their industrial water treatment and wastewater recycling systems announces the inclusion of the Centrifugal Coalescing Clarifier (CCC) to its Oil Water and Solids Separator line. RGF's new CCC-400 and CCC-600 Tanks provide a robust oil and solids separation system for liquid waste streams.
Wastewater enters the Centrifugal Coalescing Clarifier injected along the circumference to initiate the centrifugal separation of the heavier particles. Optional Ozone or chemical treatments can be introduced into the waste stream at this point to enhance oil floatation and solids separation. Precipitated particles settle to the bottom of the Cone Tank where they are drained into a gravity bag filter and collected for easy removal. Oil and light hydrocarbons coalesce and rise to the top of the tank where they are skimmed and stored in the Hydrocarbon Accumulator. The clarified water exits from the center of the tank through the Outlet Pipe for discharge or further treatment.
