April 8, 2002 - Joint-Rod End Inspection System monitors residual stress from manufacturing processes, and detects grinding damage as well as heat-treat qualities. Off-line audit inspection system requires manual loading and unloading of test pieces. Its sensor scans ground surface; test information is sent to ROLLSCAN central unit.

Off-Line Inspection System
