Targeted to the commercial retrofit market, the new Maestro In-Wall Occupancy Sensor Switch requires no neutral wire for installation. It functions much like a standard switch, but saves energy by automatically turning off the lights when no one is in the room.

This new occupancy sensor uses Lutron exclusive XCT(TM) Technology for sensing fine motions to ensure the lights remain on when the room is occupied. The occupancy/vacancy sensor can easily be programmed to work as a vacancy (manual-on) sensor. The vacancy version that is also available meets California Title 24 requirements.

The Maestro In-Wall Occupancy Sensor Switches can be quickly and easily installed without the need for sophisticated programming or additional wiring, making this an ideal solution for commercial spaces, classrooms, private offices, conference rooms and common areas, bathrooms, storage areas and utility rooms.
