OEM Pressure Sensor - Models P4055/P4056

Low Cost OEM Pressure Sensors Ideal for a Wide Variety of Industrial Applications

Moorpark, CA - Kavlico, a global business unit of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST) and an operation of Schneider Electric, has recently introduced the Models P4055/P4056 OEM Pressure Sensors. These devices have a piezo-resistive sense element and the P4050 is available in pressure ranges of 0-3 through 0-300 psi gage, sealed gage, and absolute while the P4056 is available in measurement ranges of 0-200 mBar through 20 Bar. The rugged, brass sensors are compatible with many types of liquid and gaseous media.

Small in size (40 grams max.), the P4055/P4056 have a built-in Metri-Pack 150 electrical connector. Operating on 5 Vdc, the sensors provide a 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc output proportional to pressure. Pressure port options include NPT, G 1/4, M10, and M12. The temperature compensated sensors exhibit exception EMI/RFI performance and can tolerate high vibration environments. The sensors have a total error band is ±2% over -20 to +85ºC while the having a full operating temperature range is -40 to +125ºC.

Typical Applications:
o Pumps & compressors
o Process controls
o Filter restriction pressure
o Oil and fuel pressure
o Water management
o Level measurement
o Test & monitoring equipment.

The P4055/P4056 are RoHS compliant and carry CE certification. Customized pressure ranges are available for high volume applications.
