Bliley Introduces the First in Its Olympian Family of Oscillators - the Apollo Series OCXO - with Unparalleled Phase Noise Performance in a 1" x 1" Package and Frequency Range Customization

Press release date: October 14, 2011

Bliley's Apollo series OCXO features ultra-low phase noise performance with excellent temperature stability in a miniature package. Measuring just 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.460" the Apollo series has a customizable frequency range of 30 MHz to 130 MHz. Designed for demanding applications requiring superior noise performance out to a 100 KHz offset, the Apollo series is well suited for: Satellite, Medical Imaging Equipment, Telecommunications, Up/Down Frequency Converters, Transceivers, Test Equipment, Phase-Locked Microwave Sources and Radar Systems.

ERIE, Pa. - Bliley Technologies, Inc., a worldwide leader in crystal controlled frequency generation solutions, introduces the Apollo OCXO series featuring unparalleled phase noise performance in a low profile, 1.0" x 1.0" package.

Electronics engineers find excellent frequency versus temperature stability, design flexibility with customizable frequencies from 30 MHz to 130 MHz, solutions for meeting compact design challenges, and RoHS compliant versions as needed.

With an 80-year operational base, Bliley is in a rare position of being one of the few U.S. companies that still performs onsite quartz crystal manufacturing for custom oscillator designs, such as the Apollo OCXOs. Bliley's Apollo series oscillators will be manufactured in the USA at the company's Erie-based facility.

The mini-chart below depicts available options as related to phase noise performance:
