November 18, 2002 - Bradex® brushes have nylon-only bristles for applications requiring less aggressive characteristics. Nylon filaments are molded into composite backing, which can be rigid or flexible as needed for application. Trim length, fill density, and filament sizes are controllable variables. Brushes are produced in black or clear, but may be custom ordered in range of colors.

Abtex Nylon-Only Brushes for Light Finishing Applications
Abtex Corporation is best known for its Bradex® abrasive filament brushes for deburring and other finishing applications. Those same brush designs can also be specified with nylon-only bristles for applications requiring less aggressive characteristics.
Bradex nylon-only brushes are manufactured the same way as the abrasive products. The company's unique manufacturing process molds the nylon filaments into composite backings, which can be rigid or flexible as needed for the application. Trim length, fill density and filament size are also controllable variables.
Nylon-only brushes are typically produced in either black or "clear", as pictured, but may be special ordered in a range of colors.
