Greenfield, MA USA – BETE Fog Nozzle, Inc., the industry leader in design and fabrication of spray nozzles, has developed an innovative solution to expand spray dryer capacity to 10,000 psi for the Twist & Dry (TD) series nozzles.
A new high-pressure backup ring on the TD body raises capacity from 3,500 psi to 10,000 psi for operating conditions up to 450° F. The modified design provides greater yield capacity and safe, leak-proof operation at 10,000 psi, all at minimal additional cost.
BETE developed this addition to the TD series in response to dryer operators who wanted to increase yield by operating at higher pressures.
