K-Ball® adjustable clip-on spray nozzles swivel to re-direct and adjust spray. It clips to pre-drilled pipe, while Finger system holds ball securely in alignment when cap is tightened. Spring clamp can withstand pressures up to 100 psi at 175°F. Nozzles are available with various spray patterns, flow rates, and spray angles. Zip-Tip® quick disconnect tips, used with K-Ball nozzles, have attached double Viton O-ring seals.

BEX K-Ball® adjustable clip-on spray nozzles swivel to let you re-direct and adjust the spray for precise operation. Because it clips to a pre-drilled pipe, no tools are needed for installation or replacement. BEX's unique "Finger" system holds the ball securely in alignment to prevent movement when the cap is tightened. The industry's heaviest and most durable spring clamp can withstand pressures up to 100 psi at 175°F. Hundreds of K-Ball® nozzles are available with various spray patterns, flow rates and spray angles including Flat-V spray and Full Cone spray. Threaded nozzles are available also. K-Ball® applications include parts cleaning, pretreatment, and spray washing and rinsing.
BEX Zip-Tip® quick disconnect tips used with K-Ball® nozzles speed up the installation and removal process because no tools are necessary. Most importantly, spray pattern alignment is not disturbed when the tip is removed for cleaning or replacement. Each Zip-Tip® has an attached standard double Viton "O"-ring seal for easy removal and maximum sealing integrity.
For special applications the K-Ball® nozzle can be provided with dual spring clamps.
