June 21, 2002 - G Series magnetically driven pumps are machined from solid block PVDF or polypropylene. Sealless centrifugal and regenerative turbine pumps have wetted parts made of carbon graphite, PVDF, CFR/PTFE, and alumina ceramic. Impeller diameters range from 4 to 7 in. Raised face flanges provide zero leak connections. Pumps handle flows to 650 GPM and heads to 185 ft. They withstand temperatures from 20 to 140°F for polypropylene and 20 to 230°F for PVDF.

ANSIMAG Introduces New G Series Non-Metallic Standard Duty Pumps

BLOOMINGDALE, IL (June 4, 2002) - ANSIMAG announces the launch of a new line of robust, non-metallic, magnetically driven pumps. Engineered to provide customers with performance lasting
longer than lighter-duty injection-molded pumps, the G Series is machined from solid block PVDF or polypropylene. They are also designed to handle a broad array of corrosive chemical liquids in a variety of applications.

ANSIMAG's G Series sealless centrifugal and regenerative turbine
pumps are designed for high performance. Wetted parts are engineered with materials such as carbon graphite, PVDF, CFR/PTFE, and alumina ceramic. This makes them inert to a wide range of corrosive liquids.

The pump's simple, magnetically coupled design also eliminates the need for expensive seal maintenance and replacement. Parts have been designed for easy field replacement and many are standardized to be interchangeable within the series. To ensure superior performance in difficult sealing conditions, G Series pumps feature raised face flanges to provide robust, zero leak connections. In addition, the use of rare earth magnets in all ANSIMAG drives offers exceptional torque capability, slip-free synchronized performance and extended motor bearing life.

The pump's rugged-integrity is assured because impellers and casings are machined from PVDF or polypropylene materials. Wear parts are made from 99.7% pure alumina ceramic - ensuring high wear resistance and offering greater resistance to corrosive chemicals such as caustic soda, chromic acid, ferric chloride, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid to name a few. This makes them a logical fit for a host of standard industrial applications including chemical processing and transfer, waste chemical treatment, filtration, bulk storage, scrubber systems, high purity services, metal finishing and surface treatment for
plating, etching and pickling.

Contributing to the worldwide popularity of ANSIMAG pumps is the range of sizes available and their ease of use. The G Series pumps are available with impeller diameters ranging from 4" to 7" and flanges that meet ANSI, ISO or JIS dimensional standards. These compact pumps are capable of handling flows to 650 GPM (148 m³/hr) and heads up to 185 feet (56 m). G Series pumps can also withstand temperatures ranging from 20°F (-6.7°C) to 140°F (60°C) for polypropylene and 20°F (-6.7°C) to 230°F (110°C) for PVDF.

ANSIMAG Incorporated is a business unit of Sundyne Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hamilton Sundstrand. Hamilton Sundstrand is a United Technologies company and an international
market leader in the design, manufacture and sale of a variety of proprietary, technology-based components and subsystems for aerospace and industrial markets. United Technologies Corporation is listed on the New York, Chicago and Pacific stock exchanges under the symbol UTX.
