Parker Nitrovap-1LV and Nitrovap-2LV Nitrogen Generators Which Produce Over 350 LPM of Pure, Evaporation Grade Nitrogen are Now Available for Sample Concentrators/Sample Evaporators
The Parker Balston® NitroVap is a non-electrical miniature bench or wall mounted membrane nitrogen generator that produces over 350 LPM of pure evaporation grade nitrogen. This unique package requires less than 1 square foot of bench space and can supply over 100 evaporator nozzle positions. Nitrogen is produced by utilizing a combination of filtration, and membrane separation technologies.
Existing laboratory compressed air utility is filtered by high efficiency coalescing filters which remove all contaminants down to 0.01 micron. Hollow fiber membranes then subsequently separate the clean air into a concentrated nitrogen stream and oxygen enriched permeate stream, which is vented from the system.
The user interface provides inlet compressed air control to eliminate compressed air consumption while the sample concentrator is not in use.
