New Dadco Nitrogen Gas Springs Provide 25-55% More Force!

DADCO's new Ultra Force Extended(TM) UX Series fits the standard full height gas spring envelope with 25-55% more force on contact, meaning reduced die construction costs with fewer cylinders. The Ultra Force Extended(TM) Series consists of four models ranging from 75 mm to 150 mm in diameter with contact forces from 5,356 lb. to 21,447 lb. DADCO's Ultra Force Extended(TM) Series is available in stroke lengths to 200 mm, with a variety of welded and attachable mounts.

The Ultra Force Extended (TM) Series incorporates DADCO's UltraPak® cartridge technology. The UltraPak® cartridge is comprised of a superior bearing and seal to extend gas spring life and provide excellent wear characteristics.

Adding to the Ultra Force Extended(TM) UX Series' versatility are the numerous piping options available. DADCO also offers complete linked system solutions including the Sectional Mounting System (SMS(TM)) which includes cylinders mounted to a SMS(TM) plate piped with hose, fittings and a control panel. Another option, new from DADCO, is the Sectional Mounting System - Internal (SMS-i(TM)) which consists of an internally piped plate with mounted cylinders.

A full color catalog introducing the Ultra Force Extended(TM) Series is available from DADCO. It contains solid model drawings, force charts, accessories, tools and ordering information.
