Accommodating three 96-well microtiter plates simultaneously, MICROVAP(TM) 3 Nitrogen Evaporator provides one 2 in. long 19 Ga needle centered over each sample well. It features individually controlled manifolds for nitrogen and temperature, and consumes 20-30 Lpm of nitrogen per plate. Capable of evaporating up to 50 plates per day, device suits high volume pharmaceutical applications. Unit has 250 W heater for each plate with electronic temperature controller from ambient to 100°C.

Manual Microtiter Evaporator for High Volume Pharmaceutical Applications
A new, high volume manual microtiter evaporator designed for drug devel-opment applications involving thousands of small samples per day is being introduced by Organomation Associates, Inc. of Berlin, Massachusetts.
The MICROVAP(TM) 3 Nitrogen Evaporator is a compact unit that can accommodate three 96-well microtiter plates at once and provides one 2" long 19-gauge needle centered over each sample well. Featuring individually controlled manifolds for both nitrogen and temperature, this versatile high volume microtiter evaporator consumes only 20 to 30 LPM of nitrogen per plate.
Capable of evaporating up to 50 plates per day, depending upon specific process requirements, the MICROVAP(TM) 3 Nitrogen Evaporator is ideally suited for drug development laboratories that process thousands of small samples simultaneously. Standard features include a 250 Watt heater for each plate equipped with an electronic temperature controller from ambient to 100°C.
