Hex Valve Introduces Straight-Thru, Soft Seat Design Needle Valve
The Hex Valve HN41 Series Needle Valve is a barstock construction, straight-through, bi-directional flow, needle valve designed specifically for the oil and gas industry.
The HN41 is a soft seated valve, ensuring repetitive bubble-tight sealing in both standard and dirty process conditions and is available in a wide variety of bi-directional configurations. The HN41 model meets the requirements of NACE MR-01-75. The HN41 is standardly equipped with a Delrin® seat and stainless steel
material.
The HN41 Series is rated at 6000 psig at 200°F. Sizes include: 1/4" FNPT x 1/4" FNPT, 1/4" FNPT x 1/4" MNPT, 1/4" FNPT x 1/2" MNPT, 1/2" FNPT x 1/2" FNPT, and 1/2" FNPT x 1/2" MNPT.
