New Sureshotâ„¢ 1848 Narrow Crown Stapler from Duo-fast Designed for High Volume Applications
DUO-FAST introduces the SureShotâ„¢ 1848 18-gauge narrow crown stapler, the newest addition to the SureShot line of industrial-strength fine and medium wire staplers. The lightweight, compact tool is designed for high volume applications such as cabinets, furniture, case goods, doors/windows, mill work and underlayment.

The new DUO-FAST SureShot 1848 weighs only four pounds, drives DUO-FAST 1800 series 18-gauge ¼-inch crown staples, and has a staple size up to l½-inch leg length.
The tool features a bottom load aluminum magazine for easy loading and clearing, and a fastener usage window that monitors staple volume in the magazine. The magazine holds two strips of staples for decreased loading time and an adjustable exhaust that keeps exhaust away from the work piece.
The SureShot 1848 has a suggested retail price of $275. Duo-Fast offers a single sequential actuation conversion kit as an accessory for the tool.
