Used to prevent cross contamination of plastics, Nanofics® 120® coatings are water repellent (water contact angle of 120°, ASTM D5964) and oil repellent (level 8, ISO 14419) fluoropolymer nanocoatings. Completely free of PFOA and PFOS, Nanofics 110® coatings are also water repellent (110°) and oil repellent (level 6). With water contact angles of lower than 10°, Nanofics 10® coating transforms any water repellent surface into material with permanently hydrophilic surface.

New Functional Nanocoatings for Plastics
Belgium based Europlasma, a world leader in low pressure plasma technology which is used to improve adhesion on plastics (painting, printing, gluing or coating), is happy to announce the launch a new family of functional nanocoatings for plastics, to improve adhesion when painting, gluing, printing or coating. These coatings are launched under the Nanofics® brand name.
Nanofics® refers to nanoscaled functionalization into the core of complex shaped materials and products. It is Europlasma’s patented and patent pending nanocoating technology platform, first applied on industrial scale in 1996.
The Nanofics 120® coatings are highly water repellent (water contact angle of 120 degrees according to ASTM D5964) and highly oil repellent (oil repellency level 8 according to ISO 14419) fluoropolymer type of nanocoatings deposited by low pressure plasma technology. These coatings are increasingly used to prevent cross contamination of plastics.
The Nanofics 110® coatings are also highly water repellent (water contact angle of 110 degrees according to ASTM D5964) and highly oil repellent (oil repellency level 6 according to ISO 14419) fluoropolymer type of nanocoatings. The unique aspect of these coatings is however that they are completely free from PFOA and PFOS. It is expected that because of health issues the market of plastics will gradually move from Nanofics 120® to Nanofics 110®, similar to what is happening in other markets.
Now Europlasma is also launching the Nanofics 10® coating which has contrary to Nanofics 110® and 120® very high affinity for water, resulting in water contact angles of lower than 10 degrees according to ASTM D5964. The Nanofics 10® coating is able to transform any water repellent surface into a material with a permanently hydrophilic surface. E.g. this functionality is sought after in all kind of culture growth products.
Europlasma offers for plastics a range of nanocoating machines fit for mass production. The processing costs are very low, typically in the range of 1 to 5 eurocent per coated item.

what you are referring to seems more like a type of paint.
The coating Europlasma provides is not of that type. Also being invisible with the hyman eye would not fit in your application.
