Available in multiple NPT thread sizes from ¼-1 in., NPT threaded plugs seal threaded openings to protect against contamination and moisture, and provide liquid tight seal up to 70 psi. Made of electrically nonconductive nylon 6/6, IP 68 rated units resist oil and heat up to 105°C. Suitable applications include in household appliances, pneumatic and hydraulic devices, industrial equipment, automotive products, motors, and generators.

Designed with a hex shaped head with slot for easy wrench or screwdriver installation, the new Threaded Plug is a lower cost option over brass or steel NPT plugs, is available in multiple NPT thread sizes from ¼" to 1", seals threaded openings to protect against contamination and moisture, and provides a liquid tight seal up to 70 psi.
Constructed of electrically nonconductive nylon 6/6, the threaded plug is IP 68 rated and resists oil and heat up to 105°C (221°F). Typical applications include, but are not limited to, household appliances, pneumatic and hydraulic devices, industrial equipment, automotive products, motors, and generators.
