A new, automated, NDT system for 100% inspection of metal cast, fabricated, sintered, forged, die cast or ceramic parts is now available from Signalysis. "The Dinger" is a perfect solution for manufacturers needing to quickly and reliably identify defective parts. The Dinger system is easily integrated with existing automated component handling systems and provides quality control testing of parts as fast as one part per second, allowing for fully automated, 100% part inspection. The Dinger is repeatable, safe, easy to install, and environmentally friendly. Some parts currently being tested by Dinger include lower engine blocks, turbocharger housings, brake rotors, brake calipers, and welded struts.
