Body is crafted of die cast aluminum with partially screen-printed glass sealed onto it. Lamp position and beam can be adjusted on-site while fixture is in operation. With 4 refracting lenses, it is possible to obtain beams with oblong or square design.

Schréder Lighting USA Introduces "Focal" Family of Floodlights For US Specification Market
Chicago, Illinois--- Offering a versatile multipurpose floodlight integrating a compact design with superlative photometric performance, Schreder Lighting USA introduces Focal luminaires to the United States. Schreder Lighting USA, the newest of the 40-plus member Schreder Group G.I.E. located in 36 countries on six continents, is marketing the Schreder brand in the fields of Public Lighting, Floodlighting, Tunnel/Transit Lighting, Industrial and Urban Lighting.
Pictured are Schreder's "Focal" luminaires installed on the Millau Bridge, the world's tallest road bridge (984 feet and taller than the Eiffel Tower) which is located in Millau, France over the River Tarn in the Massif Central mountains between Paris and Barcelona. The bridge was designed by the world-renowned, British architect Norma Foster, who designed it to have the "delicacy of a butterfly," with pillars that looked almost organic and grown from the earth.
The Focal is a truly multipurpose floodlight with a compact design that provides a wide choice of reflectors, lamps and accessories. Individual lens accessories can be overlaid and an innovative device allows Focal's lamp position and beam to be easily adjusted on-site while the fixture is in operation. Delivering a very high level of photometric performance, Focal is ideal for a broad range of applications, such as illuminating facades using a wide-beam distribution and highlighting architectural details with narrow beam distribution.
The fixture is rated IP66, eliminating ingress of water and dust and dirt particles for optimal performance. The body of the Focal floodlight is crafted of die cast-aluminum, with partially screen-printed glass sealed onto it. The absence of a rim prevents the accumulation of water. A die cast-aluminum bracket enables the required inclination on site and its lockability with two hexagonal screws, integrated into the design of the bracket. Four refracting lenses make it possible to obtain beams with
an oblong or a square design. The refracting lenses frame can be adjusted to 360 degrees.
Accessories include Colored lenses (red, blue, orange, green or amber); Refracting lenses; Louvers; Wireguard; Glare shield; and a Light Channel.
