This family of multilayer switches is designed to support the increasing traffic demands at the core of today's IP networks. Allied Telesis will preview the SwitchBlade 6000S Series at Interop 2010 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 27-29, at the Company's booth, #2543.
The SwitchBlade 6000S Series broadens the Allied Telesis product portfolio to include modular chassis core solutions ideal for linking edge and distribution layer switches. This new family of core modular switches is intended for enterprise and service-provider networks, enabling connectivity bandwidth and services needed at the center of large networks. The SwitchBlade 6000S Series supports seamless, reliable, energy-efficient, end-to-end networks coupled with the design flexibility to easily scale up to terabit speeds.
