Due to symmetrical design, grip can be used by left- and right-handed operators.

New Multi-Function Grip Designed for Off-Road Applications
NEWTON, MA (June 9, 2003) — ITT Industries, Cannon has introduced a new multi-function grip handle, designed specifically for the robust demands of the off-road industry. Expanding the company’s range of standard multi-function grips and using the latest in switch technology, the MFGS3 can incorporate five momentary switches and two optional rockers.
The complete MFGS3 assembly consists of housing, cable, momentary and rocker switches with PCB. It achieves resistance to ingress of dust and water according to IP65, and connecting cables are contained inside an internal tube. For improved ergonomic performance, the MFGS3 handle features soft-touch over-molding and an adjustable palm-rest to fit any size hand. Due to its symmetrical design, the grip can be used by left- and right-handed operators.
The inherent reliability of Cannon’s K12 momentary switches incorporated in the handle guarantees integrity of electrical performance and provides positive tactile feedback. Available optional rockers can be momentary, maintained, or analog in function. The unique sensing design of the analog option makes the module ideal for providing the proportional function necessary for off-road machinery.
