Multi-function Logic Gates suit high-temperature applications.
August 6, 2014 -
Suitable as drop-in replacement of standard 54HC and 74HC logic gates for operation between 2.8–5.5 V, Series XTR54000 can be configured in 4 main logic functions: NAND, NOR, XOR, INVERTER, all with Schmitt trigger inputs. Devices operate well below and above -60 to +230°C temperature range. Available in hermetic or plastic packages, as well as tested bare dies, products are intended for automotive, aeronautics, and down-hole applications.

Press release date: August 1, 2014
Grenoble, France — X-REL Semiconductor, the innovation leader in high-temperature and high-reliability semiconductors, introduces its High-Temperature multi-function logic gates: XTR54000.
Intended for high-reliability, extreme temperature and extended lifetime applications, such as Automotive, Aeronautics, Down-hole, the flexibility of the XTR54000 allows it to be used as a drop in replacement of standard 54HC and 74HC logic gates for operation between 2.8V and 5.5V.
The XTR54000 can be configured into four main logic functions such as NAND, NOR, XOR, INVERTER, all with Schmitt trigger inputs. This versatility of configuration enables the XTR54000 to be used whenever combinatorial logic is required.
As all other X-REL Semiconductor products, parts from the XTR54000 LOGIC are able to reliably operate well below and above the -60°C +230°C (5 years at +230°C) temperature range.
The XTR54000 devices are already available and can be immediately deployed on niche as well as on large-scale markets in high-reliability compact hermetic or plastic packages, as well as tested bare dies.
