May 4, 2007 - Model 2850 In-Series Chemical Mixer includes 2 or more fixed plates, each featuring orifices with pattern that mixes by combination of alternate vortex shedding and intense shear zone turbulence. Designed to mix multiple fluids, modular in-line mixer can be equipped with any type of flange and provides COV.008 mixing quality. Product comes in ½-60 in. pipeline sizes and can be made of materials such as 316 stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy®, Kynar®, or polypropylene.

Multi-Stage Static Mixer Sequentially Mixes Several Fluids


A new multi-stage, in line static mixer that sequentially mixes multiple fluids for a wide range of chemical and pharmaceutical applications is being introduced by Westfall Manufacturing of Bristol, Rhode Island.

The Westfall Model 2850 In-Series Chemical Mixer includes two or more fixed plates, each featuring orifices with a pattern that mixes by a combination of alternate vortex shedding and intense shear zone turbulence. Designed to sequentially mix multiple fluids, this in line mixer is modular, easy to take apart and clean and can be equipped with virtually any type of flanges.

Suitable for the highly precise timing and mixing of components, the Westfall Model 2850 In-Series Chemical Mixer provides COV.008 mixing quality. Available in 1/2" to 60" pipeline sizes, this high turbulence compound mixer can be made from materials such as 316 stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy®, Kynar®, polypropylene, and can be Teflon® coated.

The Westfall Model 2850 In-Series Chemical Mixer is priced according to size, materials of construction, number of plates, and flange types.
