Converging thermoformed matrix of packs into one line, Packleader BCS offers independently adjustable working and infeed heights as well as HMI with multi-lingual support. Control technology promotes adaptability while facilitating setup/maintenance. Other features include quick-change belts, long-life clutches, and net line length addition of 1,100 mm. Able to accept pack formats at 16 cycles/min, machine offers direct pack collection from thermoformer without extra conveyor.

Industry Leadingpack Converger is Now Multilingual
Hampshire based Jenton International are delighted to announce that they have improved theirPackleader BCSrange of multi-laneswitchable convergers, with the addition of a new multilingual HMI that evensupports Eastern Asian fonts such as Japanese.
Jentonwill be showing offtheir latest model at the PPMA show 2009, which thecompany claims offers an economical yet intelligent solution for converging athermoformed matrix of packs into a single line.Use of the latestadvanced control technology makes it more adaptable and far easier to set up andmaintain.
The newunit has independently adjustable working andinfeed height, quick changebelts and long life clutches, a net line length addition of only 1100mm and canaccept pack formats at 16 cycles per minute.A simple HMI (human-machineinterface) system allows speed and pack separation settings to be set andstored, plus the system offers direct pack collection from thermoformer with noextra conveyor required.
