Providing positioning for air knives used to blowoff, dry, and cool, Universal Air Knife Mounting System features stainless steel construction that is suited for variety of industrial applications. Adjusting knobs lock pivoting joints in place and arm of mounting system provides maximum reach extension of 30 in. Assembly can be securely mounted to machine frame using 17/32 in. dia hole or by threading it directly into ½ in.-13 tapped hole.

Universal Air Knife Mounting System
EXAIR's new Universal Air Knife Mounting System provides secure, precise positioning for air knives used to blowoff, dry and cool. At the end of each production run, the air knife can quickly and easily be moved within close proximity of the next part to improve effectiveness. The supply pressure of the compressed air can be lowered which reduces air consumption.
The Universal Air Knife Mounting System has a durable stainless steel construction that is suitable for a variety of industrial applications. The easy-to-turn adjusting knobs lock all pivoting joints securely in place. The arm of the mounting system provides a maximum reach extension of 30" (762mm). The assembly can be securely mounted to an existing machine frame using a 17/32" (14mm) diameter hole or by threading it directly into a ½"-13 tapped hole.
