March 28, 2003 - KaBloc Brackets for Wedgmount® Precision Levelers prevent slippage or correct twisting and bending of long-bed machines. They can be fixed with M-20 bolts and chemical anchors. Capacities range from 25,000–50,000 lb. Providing up to 3° of self alignment, with 9–25 mm vertical adjustability and 0.01 mm accuracy using hex wrench, levelers are offered with interlocking split-disc spacers in 6–30 mm thick sizes for changing height further without disassembly.

Precision Machine Levelers Mounting Brackets Bolt Down After Installation
A new series of brackets for permanently bolting their Wedgmount® precision levelers to the floor after installation is being introduced by AirLoc, a division of Clark-Cutler-McDermott Company of Franklin, Massachusetts.
KaBloc Brackets for Wedgmount® Precision Levelers are used for permanently bolting them to the floor after installation to prevent slippage or correct the twisting and bending of long-bed machines. The precision levelers are fully adjustable to compensate for uneven floors and can be equipped with base pads that provide the optimum combination of stiffness and stability,
while the KaBloc Brackets are offered in three mounting configurations.
Easy to install, KaBloc Brackets for Wedgmount® Precision Levelers can be fixed with M-20 bolts and chemical anchors and are available in capacities from 25,000 to 50,000 lbs. Providing up to three degrees of self alignment, with 9 mm to 25 mm vertical adjustability and 0.01 mm accuracy using a hex wrench, the levelers are offered with interlocking split-disc spacers in
6 mm to 30 mm thick sizes for changing height further without disassembly.
KaBloc Brackets are priced from $150.00 to $350.00 each and the Wedgmount® Precision Levelers are $85.00 to $3,500.00 (list), depending upon size. Literature is available upon request.
