Minneapolis, MN - December 22, 2008 - Quantum Controls, Inc. today introduced the QC4500 series 12VDC motor control. The QC4500 offers OEMs a flexible and cost effective option for applications such as hoists, winches, positioners, pumps and other vehicle accessories or to control small vehicles and other stand alone 12V powered equipment.
Available in 1, 2, or 3 channel versions, the QC4500 is capable of driving up to 30A of variable speed, reversible loads and includes encoder input and on board controls for field set up. This microcontroller based board provides OEMs the flexibility to easily adapt to their specific or unique applications at a cost effective and affordable price. For medium volume applications, the controller can easily be repackaged to fit challenging physical configurations or enhanced with additional functions and features.
