Alemite Introduces New, Improved Accu-Guard Fluid Monitoring System

Fort Mill, S.C. - Alemite has released its latest fluid inventory management system - the Accu-Guard® Compact +. This new Accu-Guard® product replaces the Accu-Guard® Compact.

The Compact + offers additional features previously not available with the Compact. These features include simultaneous dispensing at up to eight outlets, an operator time-out function and compatibility with a bar code scanner for accurate, efficient data input.

Accu-Guard® is an important tool for monitoring fluid inventories in automotive dealerships, fleet maintenance facilities and manufacturing facilities. With up to 5,000 user PIN codes and a touch-key option, the system provides secure access to fluid inventories and allows management to accurately track where and how fluids are used.

With Compact + users can set the system for free-flow dispensing or preset quantity dispensing. A time-out function clears the dispensing amount entered if a user allows too much time to pass between data entry and dispensing.

"In today's market, with the rising price of petroleum products and growing environmental concerns related to these products, companies simply can't afford not to monitor their oil products," said Anne Brantley, product manager for Alemite.

"Accu-Guard® provides an affordable solution to allow users to secure and track their entire fluid inventory. In addition, fluid usage reports can provide a means of tracking equipment maintenance," Brantley said.
