Access Control Group offers the next generation VigilantG2; a system to proactively monitor and manage lift trucks and plant equipment such as tuggers, walkies, machinery etc.
VigilantG2 offers paperless pre-shift safety checklist to comply with OSHA 1910.178. Reports can be emailed or printed as necessary. Safety questions can be configured by the user and can be changed on PC and uploaded to equipment as desired.
All solid state G Watch Impact Detector records shock on X and Y axis, time, date and operator. Due to the accountability, G Watch can help reduce property damage, physical injuries, and in turn insurance workers compensation costs and boost productivity.
In addition to Key On hours, VigilantG2 offers Traction, Lift and Idle hours, which indicate true utilization and efficiency of equipment. Preventive Maintenance can be performed based on actual utilization to prevent over or under maintenance.
Hour Meter reading can be queried from your computer. Optionally, Hour Meter Reading reports can be emailed at desired frequency to avoid manually collecting Hour Meter Readings.
PM schedule can be programmed at desired frequency. PM DUE alarm alerts the user to ensure PM is performed on time. Maintenance personnel do not have to perform manual check on equipment.
A bi-directional FHSS 2.4 GHz or 900 MHz wireless radio, GSM or CDPD cellular modem can be used to transfer data. Transparent data collection can help busy maintenance/supervisory staff to focus on other important tasks without compromising equipment management.
VigilantG2 offers optional CANOpen 2.0, which can interface with CAN based equipment controller.
Vigilant G2 comes with a keyless entry system, HID proximity or a magnetic reader. Vital signs monitoring such as engine temperature, brush wear; motor overload, fluid level etc. can prevent costly repairs and downtime.
Installation of both models is simple and can be performed by a qualified mechanic in less than an hour in most cases.
Assetor; a web based software communicates with Vigilant G2 via NetLink; a network gateway. Assetor’s provides automated reminders via email and wireless alerts, safety training records and generate reports such as Operator and Equipment utilization, Maintenance history, Alarms, Events, Activity and YTD maintenance costs etc. Reports can be customized to address specific a customer’s needs. Equipment monitoring and configuration can be performed and reports can be obtained virtually from anywhere with network connection and access rights. Assetor can link plants anywhere in the world.
