Release Coating 7523 Combats Escalating Price Of Petroleum Based Solvents

Release Coating 7523, a new, high solids mold release product for automotive seating and head rest applications, helps manufacturers beat rising costs for petroleum based supplies. Since this release is a high solids product, less of Release Coating 7523 is required for successful demolding than with lower solid alternatives. Additionally, using less release with Release Coating 7523 minimizes the costs associated with petroleum based materials. The high solids formula also cuts VOC emissions by 25% to 50%, aiding regulatory compliance. Release Coating 7523 can be used for both MDI and TDI seating foam production. Release Coating 7523 delivers easy release whether used for high production automotive seating lines, which typically run TDI based foam, or lower volume seating applications for office furniture. Release Coating 7523 can be applied with conventional spray gun and with automated or robotic spray systems for added flexibility. There is no need for manufacturers to change their application method. Release Coating 7523 is available in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums or 275 gallon totes. Free samples are provided for testing.
