New Composite Mold Release Delivers Effective Release of Mold Details

Mold Release Coating 7575 has proven to maintain exceptional details in the compression molding process using vinyl ester resins. The new mold release coating is replacing older, outdated products that were not as effective in capturing mold details.

Mold Release Coating 7575 also provides:

o Less build-up on the mold surface

o Less clean-up and maintenance

o Ease of release during the molding process

The new mold release coating lends itself to molding products that must stand up to harsh, corrosive environments. This includes chemical containers, ball and butterfly valves, wind turbine blades, pump housings, functional building panels, and other products that resist corrosion during normal use.

Mold Release Coating 7575 is available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
