Featuring male section machined from tool steel with black oxide and female made from D2 tool steel, both to Rc 58-62 hardness, Royal Side Locks come in 8 sizes from 1.000-6.000 in. wide. Round tapered locks are machined from D2 tool steel to Rc 58-62 hardness, and come in 12 sizes from 0.5 in. OD x .312 in. ID to 1.5 in. OD x 1 in. ID.

A new line of side interlocks and round interlocks is being added to their full line of pins, punches, perforators, and other specialized mold and die components by Royal Diversified Products, Inc. of Warren, Rhode Island.
Royal Side Locks and Round Locks are designed to extend the life of core pins and ejector pins by providing consistent alignment of mold halves to within 0.001". Constructed for long-term performance, they are easily installed and available in a full range of industry-standard sizes.
Featuring the male section machined from tool steel with black oxide and the female made from D2 tool steel, both to Rc 58-62 hardness, Royal Side Locks come in 8 sizes from 1.000 to 6.000" W. The Royal Round (tapered) locks are D2 tool steel to Rc 58-62 hardness (male and female) and come in 12 sizes from 0.5 in. O.D. X .312 in. I.D. to 1.5 in. O.D. X 1 in. I.D
