RJG Releases New Surface Mount Modules

RJG announces three new Lynx Surface Mount Modules that are more rugged and more flexible in their installation options. Used in conjunction with RJG's eDART(TM) process controller to interface with sensors, diverters and sequencers, they expand upon RJG's popular DIN rail mount modules. The modules feature EMI/ESD sealed enclosures and shielded industrial connectors that make them perfect for the molding floor environment. They are also ideal for portable applications because they can be mounted wherever needed, including inside or outside the molding machine, and on or within auxiliary equipment.

The Lynx Surface Mount Analog Input Module (IA1-S-VI-24) can be used to interface with temperature, dew point, pressure and other remote sensors. In addition the Lynx Surface Mount Analog Input Module can supply a 24V power source that can be used to power certain sensors.

The Lynx Surface Mount Dual Relay Output Module (OR2-S) supplies signals to parts diverters, valve gate controllers, machine input cards and other applications.

The Lynx Surface Mount Sequence Input Module (ID7-S-SEQ) is an isolated input module that accepts up to seven 24V inputs from machine controllers. These inputs are then used by the eDART System(TM) to sequence operations and data collection.
