December 17, 2002 - Backlit, 4-line by 40-character Series ACM4004E character module measures 190 x 54 x 14.5 mm. Reflective version is 9.5 mm deep. Series is available in STN fluids, and has standard temperature range of 0 to 50°C and wide temperature range of -20 to +70°C. It displays large amounts of information, suitable for point-of-sale terminals and industrial equipment.

Aliso Viejo, California - AZ Displays, Inc. has added another model to its 40x4 format character display line up. This 4 line by 40-character display with a character size of 2.78 mm by 4.89 mm is typically used in applications that require displaying large amounts of information with good visibility. Typical applications include point of sale terminals, industrial equipment, and other similar applications. This new model provides lower pricing and shorter lead times and is a result of AZ Displays constant process of redesign and development.
