Featuring modular frame design in 18 in. increments, Modular Tabletop Conveyor Series provides multiple-station chassis for assembly of complicated products. For 3, 4.5, and 6 in. links, overall width of conveyor is approximately 13.5 in, accommodating linear and rotary parts handlers. Tapped holes along length of conveyor receive custom or standard tooling plates, while open backbone allows electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical components to pass through.

Precision link conveyors provide designers and engineers with a multiple-station chassis for the assembly of more complicated products. Lengths from 3 feet to 40 feet are available to suit any requirement.
The new Modular Tabletop Conveyor Series offers significant advantages to machine builders and end users:
o Modular frame design in 18" increments: Designers and users can now plan and build a conveyor to a custom length using the 18-inch modules. The drive and take-up ends both are 18 inches; minimum length on the straightaway is 36 inches.
o Standard footprint for three sizes of precision links. For the 3-inch, 4.5-inch and 6-inch links, the overall width of the conveyor is approximately 13.5 inches. This width accommodates various models of IMC's linear (LPP) and rotary (RPP) parts handlers.
o Modules facilitate quick planning, layout drawings, pricing and manufacturing. Conveyors are assembled to order using standard pre-manufactured components, providing quick delivery lead times to builders as well as end users.
o Tapped holes along the length of the conveyor receive custom or standard tooling plates and an open backbone allows electrical, pneumatic and mechanical components to pass through the conveyor. Central and offset jackshafts can be added easily.
o Precision links with roller bearing cam followers for smooth transfer and long life.
o Over/Under or Carousel configuration
o Complete with motorized index drive system including overload protection
o Two types of connections between the indexer and the conveyor:
- Direct Drive (sprocket mounted to indexer with S-SD clutch similar to Heavy-Duty conveyor)
- Overload Clutch (shaft connection to overload clutch mounted to indexer)
