Weighing less than 1 ton, Model DS1100-MTL-TD can be moved from one machine to another with pallet jack. In addition to feeding parts directly from conveyor or tray, 7-axis robot can load or unload auxiliary equipment during machining. Robot can also transfer parts to secondary operations such as washing, inspection, or marking. Two drawers will accommodate tray up to 18 x 24 in., and trays can be wire, injection molded, vacuum formed, or heat-treated.

Distech DS1100-MTL-TD Modular Portable Robotic Cell
Distech Systems now offers a compact machine tool loader that is capable of loading and unloading both trays and conveyors. Weighing less than a ton, the DS1100-MTL-TD can be moved from one machine to another with just a pallet jack. Best of all, the new system costs less than $75,000.
The new DS1100-MTL-TD can be set up next to any machine tool and feed parts directly from a conveyor or tray to your chuck, spindle, fixture or the machine tool loader. Repetitive machine tending reduces costs and tedium.
The DS1100-MTL-TD can function as a mini work cell. During your machining process, the seven-axis robot can load or unload auxiliary equipment. The robot can also transfer parts to secondary operations such as washing, inspection or marking.
Two drawers will accommodate a tray of up to 18" by 24". Trays can be wire, injection molded, vacuum formed or heat treated. The system is also designed to accept parts from an integral flow-thru parts conveyor.
