The Leica Z6 APO with 6.3:1 zoom ratio and the Z16 APO with 16:1 zoom ratio are fully apochromatically-corrected zoom macroscopes that are ideal for high-resolution inspection throughout the entire production process. The systems seamlessly integrate info machine vision systems.

Featuring apochromatic objectives, the Leica Z6 APO and Z16 APO outperform other zoom systems in terms of contrast image sharpness, and color fidelity. The modular systems can be completely customized to fit each user's needs and are compatible
with a broad range of accessories for examination, training, and documentation. With modular stands, illuminators, binocular tubes, photo tubes, focus mechanisms, CCD cameras, and much more, the new stereomacroscopes are ideal for imaging in the QA and/or FA lab.

The Leica Z6 APO offers superior resolution of 2.9 microns coupled with 97mm of free working distance. Minute details are easily observed and accurate sample information is revealed. The small design allows the system to fit into tight areas.
