Porta-King's Offers New Painted Drywall Finishes for Modular Buildings
May 10, 2004 – St. Louis, Mo – Porta-King Building Systems has introduced pre-painted drywall panel finishes for its complete modular building systems. These finishes are ideal for in-plant applications receiving daily exposure to harsh, damage-causing industrial environments.
Pre-painted panels use the same basic construction principle as conventional stud and drywall structures, but have all the benefits of a completely modular system including quick set up and easy relocation/expansion. As capital equipment, they also may qualify for accelerated tax depreciation. Drywall panel finishes dramatically improve sound attenuation and create a Class I fire rated system.
The easy to repair wall surfaces include the PK standard feature of an all anodized aluminum structural framework to create a building system guaranteed to withstand damage and look great for years to come. Each order includes a touch-up kit to keep panels looking brand new.
