The Global Launch of a Revolutionary New Kind of MVNO called VMSP

THE WORLDS FIRST TRULY GLOBAL MOBILE OPERATOR

LONDON/NEW YORK. Unify VMSP Ltd of Leeds, United Kingdom is pleased to announce the launch of a new kind of Global Mobile Service. For the first time users can subscribe to a Totally Uniform Mobile Service which can cross borders and operate as a local SIM in multiple countries at dramatically reduced cost and with completely uniform services.

Built on a new Global Mobile Operator Platform with Total Call Control via an Intelligent HLR, Unify VMSP subscribers can operate as local subscribers in unlimited international destinations. This will bring an end mobile roaming as we know it. Users will have local identities in all key markets and order additional local identities which are delivered OTA (Over the Air) via a simple online control panel.

Unify VMSP CEO Mike Kellett explained the multi- patented solution this way; "The Unify Solution operates virtually, over the whole existing GSM MNO networks and through proprietary intelligent network control, can dramatically change the way mobile users cross borders, enabling calls to be made at a fraction of normal costs. Roaming as we know it will have come to an end"

The Unify Group comprises of a number of full MNOs and is integrated via a sophisticated HLR platform in Holland. Unlike any other MNO it can control subscribers in real time on all networks whether or whether not they are Camel compliant or not. All services are uniform and work identically on any foreign network with ONE FEEL, ONE TARIFF & ONE BILL.

The Unify Groups business model unlike all other mobile operators is to stay in the background and support a new kind of MVNE/MVNO called VMSE (Virtual Mobile Service Enabler) & VMSP (Virtual Mobile Service Provider). These exclusive partners are the key route to market and they will operate under their own approved brands in the Global Market.

The Unify Group's founder Bart Verkruissen won the GSMA's prestigious technology award in 2001. The First of several Patents was filed in Holland in 1999. This pre-dates virtually all related patents in this field. The main application of this patent is in the key technology called 'Sim Controlled Calling' (SCC). This patent was granted and patents were subsequently applied for in other key European countries and in the US. The patent was applied for in the US on the 4th of February 2001 and was published on 16th of November 2004. This patent covers any method of triggering calls electronically via a call back method. The assessed value of this patent led to BT investing some eleven million Euro (December 2005) in the creation of a joint venture company with Bartel Verkruissen. BT did this with only a minority shareholding which well illustrates this patent's perceived value. It was this technology that was awarded 'The best GSM Technical Innovation' by the GSM Association in 2001. 'The judges were looking for cutting edge contributions to the industry that have a far-reaching effect on business or consumer markets. Sim Controlled Calling (SCC) enables mobile operators to offer services in all GSM networks abroad using regular roaming agreements.' Quote from the judging panel of the GSM Association. Cannes, France - 21 February 2001

Due to the disruptive nature of the Unify Technology it has taken a number of years to complete the Global Platform to launch the service commercially. This was completed in late 2010 and we are pleased to announce a global launch of the VMSP business model to coincide with CES 2011 in Las Vegas.

Mike Kellett will hold a series of information meetings during the show (6-9 Jan 2011) and one to one meetings can be arranged at the CES press office and on the 9th of January 2011 at the New York-New York Hotel Las Vegas and appointments can be booked on line or by telephone on +1-845-854-6144. mike@unifyvmsp.com See also www.VMSE.MOBI , www.VMSP.MOBI & www.ROAMOBI.COM
