Steam Pressure Washers with Automatic Shutoff Capabilities

Daimer Industries® ships Super Max(TM) 12300 machines with AST®, a feature that improves productivity for owners of electric pressure washers.

WOBURN, MA - October 9, 2009 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, an international provider and multinational exporter of commercial cleaning products, introduced a line Super Max(TM) 12300AST heated, electric pressure washers. The multi-mode systems can clean with cold water, wet steam or hot water and incorporate Automatic Shut-Off Technology(TM) (AST®), which shuts key components after half a minute of inactivity.

"The Super Max(TM) 12300 machines are engineered for cleaning professionals who use long hoses and work far from the system," explained Daimer.com manager Matthew Baratta. "AST® shuts off both the pumps and the motors when the power washers are idle to increase the lifespan of these machines."

AST® Pressure Washers

AST® works like this: When the technology is active, it closes down the pump and motor after 30 seconds if the gun is not in use and water is not flowing through the system. When the pressure washer operator squeezes the trigger, the motor and pump switch on.

This feature is ideal for situations in which pressure washer operators are working far away from the machine and it is not practical for them to go back and forth to turn it off during every work break. The motors and pumps in many electric pressure washers remain engaged whether or not water is flowing through the machine, which can damage the pump and motor.

New Super Max Equipment

Super Max(TM) 12300AST power washers offer pressure levels of up to 3000 psi, flow rates of up to 5 GPM and 10.0 HP electric motors.

The multi-mode systems clean using unheated water, heated water between 180ºF to 220ºF, or wet steam with temperatures ranging as high as 330ºF. The equipment heats with propane and includes a 50 pound tank. The 12300AST includes a heavy duty schedule 80 heating coil.

Chemical infusion is supported via high pressure injection capabilities. Optional features available at extra cost include multi-gun operation, wet sandblasting and dual or multi-pressure selection.

The mobile pressure washers includes: a 50-foot long, high-pressure hose; a three-foot trigger wand featuring fast disconnect; an assortment of nozzles; and a steel, chemical and chip resistant case.

Daimer® also offers a complete line of gas pressure washers, unheated and steam pressure washers.
