Realm to Highlight Next-Generation Personal Server at Consumer Electronics Show

World's Smallest Server Features Big Security, Mobility and Manageability

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 5 / -- Realm Systems, Inc. has announced that it will debut its Realm iD3(TM) Personal Server, a pocket-sized mobile server, at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, January 5-8.

The Realm iD3 is a fully functioning server that is ultra-secure, centrally managed -- and small enough to fit in your pocket. The Realm iD3 contains its own processor, memory, storage, and built-in biometric fingerprint scanner, and is completely powered by the USB port of any host computer.

"As consumer electronics continues its explosive growth, the enterprise demands a new category: enterprise-grade functionality in a consumer electronics form factor," said Rick White, CEO and Director of the company. "Realm Systems is a pioneer in this emerging enterprise electronics market. The Realm iD3 can be used with any PC anywhere in the world."

The Realm iD3 features "zero sign-on" with no passwords required, since it uses biometric authentication for ultra security. It also contains an instant Virtual Private Network (VPN) that allows users to instantly connect with their home or corporate office. For additional security the Realm iD3 leaves no trace on the host PC -- it won't even know you've been there.

The Realm iDentity platform also includes the Realm iD1200 Management Router, which allows enterprises to centrally manage and provision employee- issued Realm iD3 devices.
