Based on No-Drip® design that integrates carbide ball-end needles with carbide seats for fluid control, 2200-545 Series Adjustable Stroke Mix-Dispense Valve can control flow of 2-component adhesives and sealants such as silicones, epoxies, urethanes, and acrylics. Measuring 2.25 in. dia and 5.5 in. long, double air actuated valves have two 1/8 NPT ports for 4-way pneumatic connections. Rated for 3,500 psi, valve is also available with eyelet stem for attaching to tool balance.

Introducing Adjustable Stroke No-Drip Mix-Dispense Valves for 2-Component Adhesives and Sealants
PLYMOUTH, MI -- Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc.'s new 2200-545 Series Adjustable Stroke Mix-Dispense Valves are designed for controlled flow of 2-component adhesives and sealants such as silicones, epoxies, urethanes and acrylics. The new adjustable stroke valves are based on the company's No-Drip® valve body design for fluid control. The No-Drip design feature integrates carbide ball-end needles with carbide seats for long life dispensing low viscosity abrasive materials.
The adjustable stroke feature allows the operator to fine tune the flow rate of the adhesive dispensing application by rotating the threaded stem on the back of the valve. The valve is also available with an eyelet stem for attaching to a tool balance.
The new 2200-545 Adjustable Stroke Mix-Dispense Valves are 2.25 inches (57 mm) in diameter by 5.5 inches (140 mm) long and are rated for 3,500 psi (240 bar). The valves are double air actuated with two 1/8 NPT ports for a 4-way pneumatic valve connections. The divorced-design fluid body has two ¼ NPT fluid inlet ports for Part A and B materials and accepts a wide variety of motionless mixers. The valve bodies have two screw holes and two dowel holes for accurate mounting. The valves may be mounted to robot tooling, automation fixtures and electric or pneumatic valve handles.
2200-545 Adjustable Stroke Mix-Dispense Valves are used to apply 2-part adhesives and sealants for bonding, gasketing, coating, potting and filling processes in aerospace, appliance, contractor, defense, electronics, filters, marine, medical, sporting goods, automotive, truck and bus assembly dispensing applications.
