T3B Integrated Rubber Wheels Make Transport a Snap
Mount Prospect, Ill., September 10, 2004 - In the wake of the super-successful Bosch 4412, 4410 and 4212 miter saw launches, Bosch Power Tools and Accessories, a division of the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, introduces its innovative TracRac® T3B portable miter saw stand. With special Bosch-only added features such as an extra wide work area, easy transport wheels, and an adjustable leg for uneven surfaces, the new T3B is the perfect addition to any serious miter saw system.
The T3B features 20-feet of total outfeed coverage, four feet more than the competition, with 12-inch wide extensions for extra support, perfect for trim carpenters, cabinet installers, deck builders, framers and woodworkers. For contractors on the move, this stand adapts to different jobsite environments with an adjustable telescoping/leveling leg. Simply adjust the legs cam-lever for up to 6-inches of ground variance. Furthermore, the cam-lock bases allow users to maximize outfeed to each side by simply unlocking the cam levers and sliding the entire saw to the left or right, as needed, for maximum coverage.
Unlike competitor stands, the T3B offers integrated rubber wheels so users can easily move the stand from jobsite to jobsite, without having to remove and carry their saw. The entire stand folds into one streamline unit for transport. Combined with the T3B's universal mounting system, any serious user can appreciate these conveniences. Trips back and forth no longer include a sore back at the end of the day.
Constructed of a robust lightweight aluminum, the T3B only weights 39-pounds, but can impressively handle up to 500-pounds of weight. And easily adjustable components like roller-feed crown stops with adjustable height outfeed, make repetitive projects easier.
The following Bosch T3B accessories can be purchased separately from any authorized TracRac dealer:
o TracVise - Made of aluminum and rustproof with all stainless steel hardware, this is the only trac-mounted vise on the market o Cam Lock Tool Mount - With three positions - tight, slide and unlock, this patent-pending unit can be attached, moved and unlocked effortlessly o Extension Flip Stop - Allows for quick, accurate repeat cuts or simply pivots out of the way o Adjustable Flip Stop - In conjunction with the Extension Stop, this allows the user to set a second cut stop as it moves freely along the extension tube
