DoALL Introduces Semi-Automatic Miter Cutting Saw

The new Model C-230 DGSA semi-automatic, miter cutting saw from DoALL Sawing Products is a low cost machine that is ideal for fabricators and others cutting a variety of angles. It can cut rounds up to 9-in. diameter and rectangles up to 11-in. X 6 ½-in. at 90° and the head swivels 45° left or 60° right for even greater versatility.

A dual output band motor drives the 1-in. blade at 115 fpm using a 1-½-hp output, and at speeds of 230 fpm with 2 hp output. Other features include an adjustable hydraulic head feed control, band brush, double tapered bearings on the swivel support, a manual quick-lock vise and a built-in coolant system.

For increased rigidity and accuracy the C-230 DGSA has a cast-iron saw arm and swivel base and uses saw guides with carbide inserts.

DoALL Sawing Products is the only North American manufacturer of all components of sawing - the machine, saw blade, cutting fluid and material handling system. They are designed to work together for maximum productivity and they are backed by value-added services that help lower costs and improve efficiency.
