Dytran Instruments Expands Family of Miniature Accelerometers for HALT/HASS Testing, 3030BG Series
Chatsworth, California, USA - Dytran Instruments, Inc. (www.dytran.com) a leading manufacturer of piezoelectric and DC MEMS accelerometers, force and pressure transducers and associated electronics, has introduced the 3030BG series, a family of miniature IEPE accelerometers available in two different models each with a sensitivity of 10 mV/g and 500 g shock limit.
Units feature a rugged stainless steel construction and abbreviated low-end frequency response of 2 Hz (3030B4G) or 5 Hz (3030B5G), ensuring sensitivity stability during rapid thermal transient conditions. The 3030BG series is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and incorporate a 10-32 axial connector and adhesive mounting capabilities.
The Dytran 3030BG series is very similar in design to the 3030B series of miniature IEPE accelerometers, differing only in terms of their type of mounting configuration. The 3030BG series features an adhesive mount, while the 3030B series incorporates a 10-32 mounting stud. The 3030B series is known as the industry standard for HALT/HASS testing.
