Available in 6 sizes from 2.95 x 1.73 x 0.94 in. to 4.72 x 2.63 x0.75 in., MINITEKAL SK sealed enclosures consist of extruded aluminum case body with 2 molded ABS end panels assembled by 8 self-tapping screws. Case extrusion includes series of internal guide rails for PCBs, and integrated TPU seal provides enclosures with protection classification of IP65. Also, end panels have contoured profile with recessed area for fitting connectors, controls, keypads, or labels.

Miniature Extruded Aluminum Enclosures with Sealed End Panels
TEKO have extended the 'MINITEKAL' range of miniature extruded aluminum enclosures with the new sealed 'SK' models which feature molded end panels instead of pressed aluminum.
The new ABS end panels have an attractive contoured profile with a recessed area for fitting connectors, controls, keypads or labels. They also feature an integrated TPU seal which provides the enclosures with a protection classification of IP 65 (NEMA 4).
'MINITEKAL SK' enclosures are versatile and robust housings which have been designed for easy assembly of the electronics: electronic assemblies can be mounted in just a few moments.
Typical applications will include small handheld measurement devices, low power radio equipment, power supplies, peripherals, monitoring systems and detection devices.
Due to their small size, 'MINITEKAL SK' enclosures can be used as independent units or located in control cabinets.
The 'MINITEKAL SK' design consists of an extruded aluminum case body with two molded end panels which are assembled by eight self-tapping screws. The case extrusion includes a series of internal guide rails for the PCBs.
The cases are available in a useful range of six compact sizes from 2.95" x 1.73" x 0.94" to 4.72" x 2.63" x0.75". Two standard color combinations are offered: silver or black anodized case extrusions with gray or black molded end panels.
TEKO can supply the 'MINITEKAL SK' enclosures with additional holes for push-buttons, connectors and antennas etc., plus silk-screen printed legends and logos. The cases can also be anodized or painted in alternative colors. Standard prices start at $28.
