May 3, 2002 - Miniature and instrument size ball bearings are available in 400 and DD type series of stainless steel, as well as 52100 chrome steel. They are supplied in standard industrial bore sizes from 0.0236 to 0.500 in. and metric sizes from 0.6 to 10 mm. Typical applications include medical and dental equipment, computer peripherals, power tools, motion control systems, and scientific and micro-miniature instrumentation.
