January 6, 2009 - Powered by Intel® 945GSE Express Chipset and 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor N270, LV-67D incorporates Intel 82945GSE Graphic Memory Controller Hub and Intel I/O Controller Hub 7-M. Its 32-bit 3D graphics core is based on Intel GMA 950 architecture, with multiple graphics display support. Along with up to 2 GB DDR2 SO-DIMM SDRAM, features include RS232C, RS232/422/485, and Intel 82574L Giga LAN ports; 150 MB/s SATA, USB 2.0, and CF interfaces; as well as Mini PCI/PCI/PCIe expansion.

Commell Announces LV-67D Mini-ITX with Atom N270 for Embedded Computing


Mini-ITX SBC with Intel 945GSE & ICH7M provides platform for Intel Atom N270, DDR2 up to 2GB, 2 x Giga LAN, VGA, 2 x SATA, HD Audio, Digital I/O, 6 x COM, PCI, 1 x Mini PCI, 1 x Mini PCIe

(TAIPEI, TAIWAN, 12.25, 2008) Taiwan Commate Computer Inc.(COMMELL), the worldwide leader of Industrial Mini-ITX mainboard, introduced LV-67D based on the Intel 945GSE Express Chipset, Intel Atom processor N270, implemented in 45nm technology, power-optimized and delivering robust performance-per-watt for cost-effective embedded solutions. The board offers an excellent solution for embedded market such as digital signage, kiosks, POS, thin clients, digital security, residential gateways, commercial and industrial control.

The LV-67D Mini-ITX mainboard consists of the Intel 82945GSE Graphic Memory Controller Hub and Intel I/O Controller Hub 7-M, features power-efficient 32-bit 3D graphics core based on Intel GMA 950 architecture with LVDS or DVI, CRT, HDTV, supports multiple graphics display.

COMMELL's LV-67D Mini-ITX mainboard supports DDR2 SO-DIMM SDRAM memory up to 2GB of system memory, and provides rich I/O capabilities, comes with PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, 5 x RS232C and 1 x RS232/422/485. Networking is provided by two Intel 82574L Giga LAN. It also offers Realtek ALC888 HD audio, 2 x SATA interface data transfers up to 150MB/s, 8 x USB2.0 ports, and Compact Flash socket. The board delivers flexibility high-bandwidth expansion slots with 1 x Mini PCI, one PCI slot and one PCI Express mini card for custom system configurations and future add-in card upgrades.

2) Memory: 1 x DDR2 SO-DIMM up to 2.0GB.

3) Chipset: Intel 945GSE & ICH7M Chipset.

4) VGA Interface: Intel integrated GMA 950 Technology.

5) LVDS/DVI: Onboard 18-bit dual channel LVDS I/F. Optional secondary LVDS(18/24-bit dual channel) or DVI I/F.

6) LAN Interface: 2 x Intel 82574L Giga LAN.

7) Audio: Integrated ICH7-M with Realtek ALC888 HD Audio.

8) Serial ATA: 2 x SATA up to 150MB/s transfer rate.

9) Solid State Disk: IDE supports 44-pin DOM with +5V, one CF Type2 socket.

10) I/O Ports: 5 x RS232 and 1 x RS232/422/485 Serial Ports, 8 x USB2.0 ports, 1 x DB15 VGA port, 1 x PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports, 1 x SPDIF connector.

11) Extended Interface: One PCI Express mini card socket, one Mini-PCI bus add-in card socket and one PCI slot.

12) GPIO Interface: Onboard programmable 8-bit Digital I/O interface.

13) WatchDog Timer: 256-level generates system reset programmable watchdog timer.

14) Power Requirement: Standard 24-pin ATX power supply.
