Ranging in size from 4 x 12 in. to 8 x 18 in., HT Series is supplied with electronically heated rolls and delivers ±2°C temperature control across roll face. All control packages incorporate user-friendly interfaces, and ergonomically designed mills eliminate need for hot oil or steam temperature control unit. Products meet all OSHA requirements and are offered with multiple optional features, including scraper knives, IR batch temperature monitoring, and recipe-driven capabilities.

Reliable now offers state-of-the art mills with electronically heated mill rolls ranging in size from 4" X 12" to 8" x 18". These mills are supplied with electronically heated rolls for your demanding applications. Reliable's HT Series delivers precise temperature control, +/- 2 degress C across the roll face, while reliably operating at the highest of temperatures. All control packages incorporate user friendly interfaces.
This ergonomic design is environmentally conscious and results in cleaner operation, less maintenance, and reduced downtime. (No hot oil or steam temperature control unit required). All mills are test run at our facility and are designed for quiet, energy efficient operation and meet all current O.S.H.A. (Occupational Health and Safety Administration) requirements.
