Powered by 624 MHz Marvell PXA270 CPU, IP67-rated N270 measures 155 x 96 x 42 mm and offers diverse range of I/O options. Anti-shock and waterproof unit complies with MIL-STD-810F/461F-compliant (5 feet drop test on concrete) as well as CE, FCC, and CCC. Along with 3.7 in. TFT QVGA touchscreen LCD, system integrates 256 MB SDRA on-board RAM and 256 MB Flash for storage. Various built-in wireless features are also available, and power is supplied by rechargeable Li-ion smart battery.
